Three problems. Each with a defined mandate

Every engagement is scoped to one or more of three areas — commissioned individually or in combination, delivered under whichever engagement model fits.

Area 01

Market entry & localisation

Full-cycle support for a single target jurisdiction: from licensing and entity structuring through stakeholder mapping and commercial launch.

01

Localisation requirements map

Licensing, entity structures, local-content and staffing obligations, import rules, infrastructure requirements.

02

Local presence roadmap

Incorporation plan, ownership structure, local partner and team requirements, timeline and cost.

03

Stakeholder map

Government bodies, regulators, anchor clients and candidate channel partners, profiled.

04

Market entry strategy

Competitive positioning, pricing approach, partnership models, go-to-market sequencing.

05

Commercial launch plan

Local pipeline structure, channel ecosystem design, first-90-days acquisition plan.

06

Local hiring plan

Role definitions, hiring sequence and management structure for the first in-market hires.

Area 02

Channel architecture

A global partner framework: selection, onboarding, tiering, performance, and a formal way to exit a partner who is not performing.

01

Channel audit

Current partner relationships, agreements and structural gaps.

02

Partner selection framework

Criteria, scoring, due-diligence checklist.

03

Tiering & commercial structure

Tier definitions, margin structures, incentive models.

04

Onboarding playbook

Welcome pack, sales tools, pricing guides.

05

KPI & accountability framework

Reporting templates, pipeline review cadence.

06

Communication & exit protocols

One cadence across regions, a formal exit route.

Area 03

Operational architecture

The structure that carries growth without losing margin. Scoped to whichever pillars are actually constraining you.

01

Operating diagnostic

What's constraining growth or leaking margin, with a priority matrix.

02

Margin governance

Who prices, on what floor, visible per plan, region and partner.

03

Escalation framework

Who can override the pricing floor, under what conditions, and who signs off.

04

Revenue operations

Order-to-cash owned end to end, reporting that catches a problem while it's small.

05

Organisational readiness

Role clarity, handovers, so capability isn't tied to one person.

06

Knowledge & continuity

A structure that survives a departure or a new market.

How we work together

Three engagement models

01

Engage — monthly retainer

Strategic access and a disciplined sounding board, without a full project mandate. Two structured sessions a month, a written intelligence note, document review, priority access. Minimum term 3 months.

Advisory
02

Execute — project fee

Fixed scope, fixed fee, defined deliverables. One mandate above, or several in parallel. 50/25/25 payment against milestones, 30-day post-delivery support included.

Project based
03

Retain — embedded partnership

Advisory and execution together, with in-market presence. Three to five measurable goals agreed for year one, reviewed quarterly. Minimum term 6 months.
